Warranty

STANDARD WARRANTY TERMS

All of our products come with a standard limited warranty of 12 months, unless a different period is stated on the product's page.

The same 12 months applies to every battery adapter, whatever it is made of.

The warranty period begins on the day the package was delivered (and not the date of the order).

The warranty will not cover physical damage, if an adapter has been tampered with or if an adapter has been modified or opened.

The warranty will only cover standard defects.

PowerToolsAdapters.com will replace or fix the battery adapter at its own choice.

If the battery adapter can't be fixed with a part replacement, the customer will need to send back the battery adapter to us. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping back to us. Once received, a new, repaired, or refurbished battery adapter will be sent out, and shipping from us to the customer will be covered by us.

This warranty does not apply to the tool and/or battery the adapter is attached to.
